The Karpagam charity trust was promoted by Dr.R.Vasanthakumar, Chairman and Managing trustee, in 1989, with a vision to serve and lead the society by imparting Quality –Value – Based education as the mission.

Karpagam College of Engineering was started in the year 2000 and is affiliated to Anna University . It is an institution with an enterprising management, which directs all its efforts towards producing proficient products who are trained to tower in knowledge and character. The college, marching on its journey towards its excellence in entirety has organized a number of Seminars and Workshops .
